Gaurav is the Senior Private Sector Development Adviser with DFID, India. A seasoned adviser, Gaurav has about 20 years of experience across responsible PE/VC investments, investment funds, corporate development and policy reform having worked in domestic and international markets. Gaurav brings substantial policy advocacy experience on economic development interventions such as business climate reform, making markets work in the low income states and ensuring value for money, in partnership with the Indian Government and apex institutions on India’s progressive reform agenda.Gaurav holds an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD, France and Wharton, USA and a B.Eng (Hons) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
Shri Mohan was a Partner at Tata Capital Innovations Fund, which he helped conceptualize and set up. He has spent 30 years at the State Bank of India (SBI) and has vast experience in investments, merchant banking, SME & Corporate lending and private equity.

Shri, Dilip Kumar is the Nominee Director of SIDBI Venture Capital Ltd (SVCL). He has been with SVCL since its inception in 1999 and was part of the core team which had set up SIDBI Ventures, SIDBI Trustee Company and National Venture Fund for Software & IT Industry (NFSIT). Besides being CFO of SVCL, he is the Fund Manager of Samridhi Fund, a social venture fund and represents SVCL on the Boards of some portfolio companies, where he has played an active role in strategy, corporate governance, building up systems and processes, etc. Prior to joining SVCL in 1999, Dilip was with SIDBI for nearly 8 years with experience in credit appraisal, accounts and audit functions. He is a Post Graduate in Commerce and Economics, AICWA, CS (Inter), PGDBA and CAIIB.
Pradnya is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with six years of post-qualification experience in corporate finance, tax and regulatory aspects, financial analysis, and venture capital. She plays an active role in monitoring investments through regular follow-ups with the investee companies. She handles investor relations and fund operations including regulatory compliance work, distributions and more. She has is actively assisting in the exit deals. She has also implemented the Technical Assistance work for investee companies including the endline ESG audit, social impact assessments etc.
